This position has a huge focus on our customer retention for our clients. We focus on providing not only quantity, but quality customers. Customer lifetime value is an important measure to our clients, as well as the return on investment we ensure to provide at the end of each year.
Being the first point of contact with our clients is super important. Our secretary would be in charge of answering phone calls, keeping the front desk tidy, and the office presentable. As well, our secretary would be the one greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk. It would include the simple things that make a huge difference in our office and for our team.
Cross-trained through the three major departments that drive any campaign — a successful trainee will be given the reigns to run and oversee their own client. Training is paid but duration depends on previous experience, work ethic, ability to learn and aptitude for the role.
There are many opportunities available to you, including the chance to progress to a more senior role or even an executive role in the future. You will be working in the events industry, focused on live and experiential marketing campaigns.
